The cortege will then leave for the St Arnaud Lawn Cemetery.
BARBETTI Peter O’Brien passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side in Donald on Dec. 13 th 2025, aged 88 years. Loved husband of Marie (dec). O’SHANNESSY Bernard Joseph ‘Bernie’ passed away peacefully on Monday December 8 th , 2025. On the 13 th of December it would have been his 87th birthday, much longer than his lifestyle would have suggested by his own admission. He was the proud husband to Carolyn; they met in 1966. Dad to Damien, Lynette, Erin, Karen, Annette, and Stephen and Pa to Alex, Ryan, Ayden, Caleb, Harper, Vance, Isabelle and Oliver. He was a farmer, councillor, businessman, miner, land developer, car enthusiast/racer & restorer, mentor, historian, enthusiastic debater and much more. Rest in Peace Bernie.
